Bank feeds

Hi, I have attached a sheet with some screen shots as my issue appears to be a bit confusing. In summary, there appears to be bank feeds to an account that have not been allocated, however they are on the bank register, indicating they have been entered manually i am assuming? If so, so we just hide them all? In the banking hub it is confusing as the bank feed is active for an account that is not available in the bank allocation section ( no dropdown ) , however the one that does not have bank feeds as noted in the banking feed does? Thanks

    The screenshots and details you shared show there’s a mix of bank feeds and manual entries that aren’t lining up. The quickest way to get this sorted is to reach out to our team so they can check your file directly and guide you on what should be allocated, hidden or adjusted.     Thanks, I thought this would need to be done. I will have to get my client to submit a case. In the interim, I will just try to get it up to date for them until 30 June best I can. Is there a way I can delete my attachment? I accidently left bank account details, which I shouldnt have. Thanks

    Don't worry about deleting request. I put another request and have received a response that they have deleted. Thanks
