ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsSession Security Audit report I have a few users that appears to be persistently logged into MYOB, they are generally accountants or the business owners. when we log in, the report shows login and logout times only. I have just set up a business owner for ledger access and it has 7 entries for 4 pm then duplicate entires every couple of minutes. She was only logged in for 4 minutes but there is almost a page of entries for that 4 minutes? I did suggest to her to use the Browser version rather than the desktop, could this be the cause? For decades we have backed up ledgers and restored them when something went wrong, or to try out something to see how it works, we are not finding much to like in Browser ledgers Financial Year rolled in error we only have one ledger in MYOB Business, so its a once a year login. After reconciling the ledger for roll into the the 2022-23 year I found where to roll the ledger but I recieved an error. I have 2 staff on WIN11 and we cant install updates, in case they have the same issue, which of course is a security issue now as well! Latest WIN10 update is very overbearing trying to trick user into updateing to WIN11 22H2. I am concerned my staff may accept and end up not being able to use MYOB export functions. Is is only my wokrstation that has this issue, or are there other users. I dont really have enough workstations to be able to experiment with this. any assistance please? Win11 22H2 update, actually has NET Framework 4.8 , and after disabling 3.5 it wanted to download files, which I allowed. screen shots attached for your review. I am currently unable to export to Excel 2016 Home and office since this update from AR MYOB 22.11 there was a message to say that the Windows language was updated, so I did a reboot, still no functional change.
