To register the STP-ATO in 2017 is quite easy but today too many screening questions (understandable due to scammers). After reporting the STP to ATO, the staff asked me to do the steps below. 1- go to Set up Menu 2- Choose Company information 3- Change the MYOB default of Branch 1 to Branch 2 4- Save changes Is this the Business Settings? Annual Leave - we are paid on hourly basis, so it is correct to exempt Overtime Pay. I asked someone, she said I should exempt Annual Leave and Annual Leave Loading and Personal Leave too. Is there a standard way of knowing which are exempted? Please advise because I have to process the first pay this FY and I want everything to be corrected. What are the leave exemptions for: Annual Leave full time hourly - I ticked Overtime Pay Annual Leave Loading hourly - I ticked Overtime Pay Personal Leave full time hourly - I ticked Overtime Pay What are the correct exemptions? Also, how to zero out Personal Leave accrued from 2024-2025 because any balances should not be carried over to the next financial year. I definitely cannot print or even download to PDF. As suggested from a member in the Community, I tried clearing the cache twice, yesterday and this morning. MOCA virtual assistant does not have the choices of my problem, so I emailed support and still waiting for their reply. But if you had experienced the same, then something is wrong with the software. I am really really scared that MYOB will block this printing and download because we did not register for Secure Invoicing. We don't need it because our clients prefer print-out invoices that we include with the products they bought from us. I wasn't able to get a good sleep last night. I can access all the items in the dashboard except for the invoice printing and downloading. Re: Unable to process and print old invoice Hi Earl, I did clear the cache but still the same. This message appeared: "you don't have permission to access this page if you need to access this page please contact your administrator" I am the administrator. I checked the settings and status is "active". If I will click SMS invoicing, copy link, it will lead me to Secure Invoicing. We did not register for Secure Invoicing because we rarely email invoices. We print the invoices and include them with the product they bought. I just noticed that the MYOB tab gone from my dashboard. When I tried to log-in and process an invoice and to print an invoice that I just did this morning, this message appears. "you don't have permission to access this page if you need to access this page please contact your administrator" But I am the administrator. I can access payroll, payments, products, everything except invoices. I did not register for the "Secure Invoicing" because we don't email invoices. I have been worrying this over the weekend. We are just a small business, and we only need simple transactions. So, we don't think that Secure Invoicing is necessary. Thank you so much for your help.
