As I understand it they are to receive 2 weeks at their normal rate as if they were actually going on leave. However, when I try to enter the 2 weeks cashed out leave for which I have created a new category, MYOB wants to deduct an extra $213.00 tax. could someone suggest where I may have gone wrong here. Just to clarify; 2 weeks at normal rate, less 2 weeks at normal tax rate, should be equal to 2 weeks normal net pay. Thanks Secure Invoicing I have a few concerns about the new Secure Invoicing upgrade we are being basically forced to do. We don't have online payments from our customers and probably never will. So now instead of emailing our invoices through MTOB we have to print to PDF and then send through Outlook for example. What if we have 50 invoices to send?? So how do we answer the upgrade questions when we don't have customer payments. Further to this I don't understand why MYOB would need our turnover etc. What has this got to do with Secure Invoicing. MYOB just get around this question by advising of their Privacy Policy. Re: Financial Year won't rollover Thank you very much Doreen. That worked and I've rolled over to the current year. Financial Year won't rollover Hi all, This might not be the correct page to ask this query bur we need some help please! For the 2nd time I have tried to rollover our financial year. As our accountants have advised that we have finished 2024 I went to rollover and MYOB is in 2023 I did a rollover for 2023 and got the ok that all was good from MYOB, but we are still in 2023 What's going on. Am I missing a step here! I haven't had this problem before Thanks in advance Wendy SolvedRe: Profit & Loss Report Thanks for your reply Jenni, much appreciated. But no, the financial year isn't the problem. I can run all other reports for the same period. It's pretty sad when I can't get a reply from MYOB. Profit & Loss Report Hi MYOB I posted this request on another page but have not had any luck with getting a reply so thought I'd try here as it may be more relevant. I need help please. For some reason I can't run a profit and loss report for July 2024. It keeps telling to enter a valid date. I've been using this report for 6 plus years and not had this problem before. So it's Accounts, then reports, Profit and Loss Statement, then on the right hand side I enter 1/7/2024 to 31/7/2024 but I get an invalid date message. I would like to point out that I can export it to Excel! for the same period. Could MYOB please advise why this is happening and a fix please. Thank you Re: This is just not good enough Hi Gavin, Thank you for your reply. I can print invoices in closed periods - thank you However, I still can't print a Profit & Loss I'm choosing 1/7/2024 to 31/7/2024 but the year (in the little box underneath) says Next Year 2024, shouldn't it say 2025?? Anyway I'm being told to select a valid date!! so it won't print or show. Please help - thank you This is just not good enough What's going on there at MYOB. Have you grown so large that you just don't care about your customers? We are still waiting on a fix for the issue with having to unlock/lock previous periods every time some one wants a copy of an invoice. This problem has been around for quite a few weeks now with many customers asking when will it be fixed. Yes, I am one very unhappy customer. Why can't I run a Profit & Loss What's happening?? Trying to run a Profit and Loss for July 2024 and I get a message asking me to enter a valid date!! Balance is fine and so is GST Reports I need help please as I'm doing the BAS
