Firstly it appears you can't edit the payslips at all in MYOB Business still? And then if you go and install the old desktop version there is no field for address (either business or employee). Is it just not possible? Re: Customising Payslips in MYOB Business So this was 2 years ago, we have a compliance issue now because we can't change the payslips and they are missing mandatory information. Is there still no way to fix this? Re: Invoice search losing settings and loses login on refresh Looks like it also messes up the ordering, but not to anything that makes any sense Invoice search losing settings and loses login on refresh There seems to be another new issue introduced. If you set the dates on the invoice screen to show you all the open invoices, when it refreshes it changes the dates in the search and goes back to all. Then if you try to open an invoice it logs you out. When will this be fixed? Re: Pay Runs Tab not loading Just started getting this issue, tried creating a new payrun from the create menu, tried different users, different computers and phones, all sit there with the loading screen for hours. The create menu just gives a generic "Something went wrong" Re: Payroll Loading........ whoever marked Shella_Areply as the solution should remove that as it doesn't work. I have had an issue where a pay run stopped on the STP checking, it suggested refreshing the browser menu and since then pay runs no longer load, tried clearing everything, different users and computers, all the same issue. If we use the "solution" suggested then instead of a perpetual loading spinner we just get the old "Something went wrong", "Try refreshing your browser If the issue persists, contact MYOB support". Refreshing the browser was the start of this mess hours ago now. Re: Can we stop myob from blocking the back button history or going to the home page? Well I did raise the idea a few months ago. I guess they don't like listening still. I mean there are ideas that we have been screaming out for for over 15 years like being able to email a receipt and that is willfully ignored, so I guess being able to open the software to use it is a low priority as well. If it wasn't for the amount of government red tape that forces us to use this **bleep** you guys would be out of business Can we stop myob from blocking the back button history or going to the home page? Since we are having to use the browser for myob now I keep different tabs open for different things. One for invoices, returns, bills etc. When the computer restarts or I come back the next day, MYOB has logged out each tab which is fair enough, but they don't remember where they were and they disable the back button. Recently this has become worse, it used to be that you could log into 1 tab, then the others you had about a 25% chance of being able to go back to where you were after refreshing. Now though it just goes to the myob home page if you refresh the page after logging in. To add insult, when it goes to the myob home page it removes any pages that you were on from the back button history, so you can't go back to where you were, you have to go through the sign in menu, select which business, and then try and remember which tab it was you were trying to reopen. It is a massive waste of time, is there a way to fix it? Even stopping it from logging out would be good since this is a home desktop and the computer is also locked. Re: MYOB Column Widths in Invoices Is this why we can no longer see who a supplier is unless their name has 5 characters or less? I mean this is just unusable now. Don't return to the dashboard when logging back in We constantly come back and find all the tabs logged out. I like to keep open different tabs for each area, bills, invoices etc. But each time we get logged out (every day) then have to log back in they go back to the dashboard. Of course the back button is also disabled, so its not enough to just log in on one, you need to log in, then choose a business, then once the dashboard takes its time loading you can go back through the history and find where it was meant to be. Any options to fix this behaviour? I know there is zero point raising bugs or suggestions, we still can't email a receipt after 15 years so this has no hope if it isn't already there.
