However, when I ran the security session audit report, it shows me as having "successful logon to the file" at multiple times between 12:00 midnight and 7:30 am, prior to my actual log on at 8:06 am. If I re-run the report, it regularly shows early morning logons using my ID at minute intervals for approximately 15 minutes between 4:45 am and 5:00 am. There are occasional logons for user ID SYSTEM. Why is it showing me as logging on at times that I am not logged on. I have two factor authentication activated and no reason to believe that anyone else has my username and password combination. Thanks. Sending an update event will also then cause the Income Statement to be visible as 'Tax Ready' in the employee's ATO account, without needing to resubmit the finalisation - is that correct? I 'inherited' this MYOB file and can see that the employee's date of birth has been entered incorrectly in his MYOB employee card (he commenced in May 2023). I am waiting for confirmation from the employee whether we have the correct TFN on file. Given that the amounts paid are correct, would I simply undo the finalisation, update his DOB in his card, and then send an update event (in this financial year), following by a second finalisation for last financial year? Appreciate your advice. Income Statement Not Appearing in Employee's ATO Account Hi, I submitted our EOY Finalisation on 02.07.24 and the report shows in Payroll Reporting as Accepted. I am an employee of this business, and my income statement appears as tax ready. However, an employee has contacted me and claims that their income statement is not appearing at all in their ATO account. They have sent a screenshot from the ATO app which shows other payers, but not us. I have not been informed by any other staff member that their income statement is not appearing. However, when I click the Payroll Reporting Centre button, a web browser is launched and I receive a 'something went wrong' page. I have full admin user access. However, the company now wishes to bring payroll and bookkeeping in-house and submit STP2 reports directly themselves via MYOB. When processing payroll, will ticking the 'authorised sender' be sufficient, or do we need to undertake another step before processing the first payrun in-house? I am unsure how the BMS ID works where nothing has changed about the business other than the person submitting the STP report. Thanks in advance.
