MYOB Web Browser / File Not Loading

Question

Hi, I can open our company file via the AccountRight desktop software and it shows in the bottom right-hand corner as 'online'.&nbsp; However, when I click the Payroll Reporting Centre button, a web browser is launched and I receive a 'something went wrong' page.&nbsp; I have full admin user access.&nbsp; Any suggestions why I am receiving the error page? Thanks.

Hi, M_Moar&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks for your post.&nbsp;&nbsp;To further investigate the error you are having on your end, kindly generate the diagnostic log so we can check it. To get it, please follow the steps provided in The Help Article: AccountRight Log Locations and then attach it to your reply. Lastly, we recommend speaking with your IT person to make sure that the Windows version used is the supported version, as well as making sure about updating all Windows updates and security updates. To check the supported operating system, please check the Minimum system requirements (Australia).&nbsp;Please let us know how it goes on your end.&nbsp;&nbsp;Best regards,Doreen
