Thanks Isaiah, but no luck. I have 2 payroll categories "Annual Leave Admin" and "Annual Leave Teachers" the 2nd one works fine but the first one does not adjust the hours. Hi, I am trying to set up an Unpaid Leave category for all employees (Both on Salary and Hourly Rates) when I select "Automatically Adjust Salary and Base hour details" it doesn't adjust the total salary when I process a payroll. e.g Employee on a salary of $1600.00 takes 2 hours without pay - $1600.00 does not change. Hello, I have a number of STP reports with "Accepted with Errors" Aparently the error is Cessastion Reason Code not provided. (same employee each time) I have gone in an undone the termination and then re-entered with all details. Should this now fix all other reports ? Hi, I am trying to get my head around how to record employees on a salary that then take only part of a week off on leave. for example, Salary 40 hours a week then take only 2 days Annual Leave (16 hours) How would I show this on their payslip that it records correctly ?
