SolvedBPAY references showing on invoices Everyone needs to be aware that once you authenticate your business details for online payments, BPAY details will start appearing on your invoices If you DO NOT want this feature you need to go to Settings - Sales Settings - Payments. Scroll down to Online Payments and click on the Edit preferences link. It will take you to another screen. Click on the down arrow for Online Invoice Payments and turn off Allow Online Invoice Payments and untick Accept BPAY payments. There was no warning that this had been activated it just appeared on our invoices. Luckily we picked it up fairly quickly, however, even once turned off we were unable to re-print those few invoices without the BPAY code/reference so we have had to physically delete using white-out. Not very professional but better than people trying to use BPAY when we don't want it. Needless to say we are not happy :( Re: Setting up additional two-factor authentication methods Agree! It should be an option. Having to enter a code daily is overkill in my opinion but at least let has have the choice. Or if one staff member is away and someone else needs to login. Last thing we want is to have phone each other up to get an authentication code! I eventually found this one - support-request@myob.com and did get a response although not a solution as yet. I've tried their on-line chat which is ok until you get cut off and then you have to start the process all over again. Good luck! Re: MYOB Teams Not working We don't have AccountRight so that is definitely not the cause of the issue. Just a poorly designed app. Our employees are STILL not able to login and do their timesheets, which means I have had to do them manually or they wouldn't have got paid, so more time, effort and money wasted. And yes we tried all the suggested delete app, re-load app, re-invite employees etc etc. No difference. Thanks for nothing MYOB!
