This wasn't working for me. However, I did it a second time, making sure the PAY DATE was also dated 30/06/2022 and once this was processed, all of the correct wages details populated in the Verification Report. I was also having a problem whereby employees who had left employment within the past FY weren't even having their super $ showing in the report. The above fix solved this problem also. Re: YTD verification report showing $0 gross balance Hi Tracey, I too am having the same problem: The Gross (TYD) is showing as 0 for all employees in the STP 'EOFY Finalisation' window and in the TYD Verification Report. I have processed a a $0 payrun dated 30/06/2022 for all employees and the report is showing as accepted but the YTD Gross payments are still showing as $0 The PAYG and Superannuation Guarantee Payments are showing in the Verification Report, but the Superannuation total is missing the payments for terminated employees (despite having re-actived their card file and generating a $0 payrun for them). Please assist asap as I need to finalise the last FY in order to process the first payrun for this FY in the next 2 hours! Thank you! My STP YTD Verification Report 21-22 is listing $0 gross payments but correctly listing the Superannuation and PAYG payments for each employee. Why is the gross payments figure $0 ? My MYOB Payroll activity report correctly shows the total wages and taxes, as does the indivudal STP reports for each pay run for the financial year. Also, for the latest STP report (dated today) states "accepted with errors" with the following error for every employee: "A field contains invalid data" Re: Company File Login gives error message "not responding" Great, thank you so much Steven, I was able to use the 'Manage Libaries' help article to locate the relevant company file. In opening the tool (invalid fingerprint error) 2. when I elect to ignore this security block, it does open up a MYOB "data utility" window (see screen shot attached), but when I click browse to open the relevant company file, I cannot locate myob program or the myob company file. What am I doing wrong? As an alternative, I've tried to follow the steps to provide you with the diagnostic file, but it only displays steps 1-6 i.e %localappdata% and locating the MYOB version. Company File Login gives error message "not responding" When I attempt to login to one of our company files (non live company file), the banner on top of the login box reads "not responding". After a short time of loading (displaying the loading 'wheel'), the page closes itself down, including the whole AccountRight program window. I have accessed other company files today, both Accountright Live primary company file and other non live company files, without a problem. I upgraded the company file to AccountRight 2021.4 just prior to this error. Normally I'd consider if this triggered the error, however I upgraded the other company files today without issue. Any suggestions appreciated :) Solved
