MYOB hanged while in Backup Process Hi MYOB Team, I'm having trouble I started my backup this afternoon and it was waiting to complete it more than 1 hour and not processing so I closed MYOB and now it's stuck in the back up process and won't let me back in. During the current year, one employee leave report is wrongly showing his 16 hours of Personal (Sick) leave against his annual leave balance. In his pay slip, it is correctly showing as Personal Leave but in Entitlement report it is adjusted against Annual Paid Leave. Total of 16+16 = 32 hours leave should have been adjusted against his Personal Leave. Hi Sam MYOB Support Team In my case, we have already reconciled bank account up to 31.12.2021 but when doing reco upto 31.03.2022, I found 2 years back dated reconciled transactions again. If I select all back dated transactions, calculated statement balance is matching with Closing statement balance as given below. If I deselect 2019 and 2020 transactions, calculated statement balance is NOT matching with Closing Statement balance. I have checked my Bank Reco saved file upto 31.12.2021 and it was perfectly matching at that time. Hi MYOB Team We are using MYOB AR Premier 2022.3 version. Today I upgraded from 2022.2 to 2022.3 version and started doing Jan to Mar 2022 monthwise reconciliation. While doing Jan 2022 bank reconciliation, I found that 2 and 3 years back dated transactions re-appeared in bank reconciliation. If I select all transactions including back dated transactions, my bank balance is matching. I do not know how to reconcile these 2 to 3 years back dated transactions in Jan 22 bank reco. We have already reconciled bank up to 31.12.2021 and bank balance as on 31.12.2021 and 31.01.2022 are both correct. Can you please advice us step by step guide as to how to reconcile bank account in this scenario? Thank you in advance
