Just click Reconcile as the balance matches and this will clear these entries. It would only be a problem if ticking these old entries caused an out of balance.
Somehow those earlier transactions lost their reconciled status - this could be due to them being edited by someone, for example changing something on the original transaction, MYOB now allows prior year transactions to be adjusted and this can undo the reconciled status, or it could be due to a bug on upgrade. Either way the solution is the same, tick and Reconcile.
