2 years back reconciled bank transactions reappeared in Jan 2022 bank Reco

Question

Hi MYOB TeamWe are using MYOB AR Premier 2022.3 version. Today I upgraded from 2022.2 to 2022.3 version and started doing Jan to Mar 2022 monthwise reconciliation. While doing Jan 2022 bank reconciliation, I found that 2 and 3 years back dated transactions re-appeared in bank reconciliation. If I select all transactions including back dated transactions, my bank balance is matching.&nbsp; I do not know how to reconcile these 2 to 3 years back dated transactions in Jan 22 bank reco. We have already reconciled bank up to 31.12.2021 and bank balance as on 31.12.2021 and 31.01.2022 are both correct.&nbsp;Can you please advice us step by step guide as to how to reconcile bank account in this scenario?&nbsp;Thank you in advance&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;GirishA&nbsp;&nbsp;Just click Reconcile as the balance matches and this will clear these entries. It would only&nbsp;be a problem if ticking these old entries caused an out of balance.&nbsp;Somehow those earlier transactions&nbsp;lost their reconciled status - this could be due to them being edited by someone, for example changing something on the original transaction, MYOB now allows prior year transactions to be adjusted and this can undo the reconciled status, or it could be due to a bug on upgrade. Either way the solution is the same, tick and Reconcile.&nbsp;RegardsGavin

Hi SamMYOB Support Team&nbsp;In my case, we have already reconciled bank account up to 31.12.2021 but when doing reco upto 31.03.2022, I found 2 years back dated reconciled transactions again. If I select all back dated transactions, calculated statement balance is matching with Closing statement balance as given below. If I deselect 2019 and 2020 transactions, calculated statement balance is NOT matching with Closing Statement balance.&nbsp; I have checked my Bank Reco saved file upto 31.12.2021 and it was perfectly matching at that time.&nbsp;Please advice us how to do Bank Reco in this case?&nbsp;
