This was first reported by me & others in early January 2024. We keep getting promised that it is being actioned but nothing has changed. I actually had some time on the phone and with Team Viewer so they could see the actually issue. I can only say they are aware of it but as to when it will be fixed I cannot guess. I advised them that it wasn't acceptable and that many other Users were having the same issue and to look under this Subject heading. If you look at other posts under Printing issue Profit and Loss you will see many Users are not happy & some are looking at moving to another product or at least getting a refund for the period this very important part of reporting is not available. Re: Reports Hi Earl Issue has not been resolved. I have attempted it on a laptop & a PC I have tried it in both Edge & Chrome. There are many Users complaining about this issue in the Community Forum pages. Have a look & you will see they are asking me if this has been resolved.
