I have four unmatched payments and no way of knowing who sent them. There's no information in the CR ? They have MYOB numbers ... like MYOB00009 ... but I can't see who sent them or which invoice they relate to. I was creating an invoice and it suddenly recorded a payment!? Not sure how I did that, but i've ended up with an invoice that can't be deleted. The error message says you can't delete an invoice which has been paid BUT it was never paid and there is no receipt record showing any payment. Also NOTHING shows under activity except creating the invoice. So why does the software think it is paid. I can't fix it because there is no payment receipt to delete or fix? Any ideas. There is NO payment activity showing in the activity list ... so the "payment" has come out of nowhere. 2. I've tried using a different browser. Please help. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get this fixed and i'm needed to send our reports to the auditor. I found this similar question in the forum from 2021, but no answer to it. The last few invoices that I have sent out are saying they have been paid when my clients have not yet. When looking at the activity history it says it has been paid at a date prior to when I created the invoice. I tried calling MYOB but their customer service on the phone is next to useless(hung up on multiple times while next in queue). Seeing if anyone can help with this case.
