Good day MYOB support, please investigate as to whether a bunch of employee email addresses are being blacklisted, as per the support request at Solved: Payslips not emailing - MYOB Community. Randomly, our employees (including me) don't receive a payslip each week. This is not confined to particular email addresses, as those whom do not receive a payslip can be different each week. Good afternoon MYOB support, I tried sending this post under the wrong category (NZ Payroll) and it was marked as spam, so I will try here. Our payslips are randomly not sending. Each week, different employees are not receiving their payslip. There appears to be no obvious pattern to the email domains or email addresses not showing up in the Sent Emails screen. Those employees not listed in that screen are reporting that they are not receiving their emails. This has happened ever since we started our new data file in August 2023. My email address is one of those affected. Is it possible that email addresses are randomly blacklisted by MYOB each week? Re: No items showing in Item Register or Inventory Reports Hi Earl, Yes, as has been identified, I can't use Inventory reporting or Items Register for any items that are not inventoried. Makes reporting on items transactions useless in MYOB. We are thinking of ditching MYOB altogether and going to Xero as a result, or a bespoke solution for the metal manufacturing industry. However, not a single one of them shows up in the Items Register or Inventory Reporting. Any ideas? This is a new data file. All items are active.
