Employee having trouble logging into MYOB Team app Good afternoon, Ihave an employee who has used the app for years that was until early March, he has stated he has got an error message that reads; A problem occured attemting to lad MYOB Team, please try again later. I have got him to delete the app and reinstall it, I have removed him from my approving managers list and reinstated him (as employee only not approving manager) & still no luck, he does not receive his rosters and cannot fulfil his timesheets, do you have any suggestions how I can get him logged on, thank you in advance. I tried numerous other clients all of whom were able to open PDF, as you said it appeared that our clients who did not have success opening didnt have Adobe and that's where the problem lied within. Jo Corrupt PDF complaints Good afternoon, In the past week I have been receiving emails from our Clients that they cannot open PDF Invoice stating that is corrupt. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so how do I go about amending same. I have sent the invoice to myself in both PDF & include a link to online invoice (Recommended) and both open fine for me. It seems that this has only occured since upgrading to AU 2020.1.0 Thanks in advance for your assistance. Solved
