Corrupt PDF complaints
Good afternoon,
In the past week I have been receiving emails from our Clients that they cannot open PDF Invoice stating that is corrupt.
Is anyone else experiencing this and if so how do I go about amending same.
I have sent the invoice to myself in both PDF & include a link to online invoice (Recommended) and both open fine for me. It seems that this has only occured since upgrading to AU 2020.1.0

Thanks for your post. As the pdf you received by email wasn’t corrupt that would indicate the issue is likely on the receiver’s end. It could simply be that the PDF viewer they are using isn’t able to read the PDF attachment and may be able to be opened using another PDF reader.
