Employees corrupt card file

I have 2 employees, who's cards I cannot open - please can someone run the required script over to fix?

    We were able to run a fix script on your company file. Kindly log out and then log back in. Once done, please try to access the employee card file again. Please let us know how it goes.

    I got similar issue on one of the employee card which I cannot open it.

    Are you able to run the script to fix it? Thanks.

      Hi Richie8,

       

      I ran the same fixes that others used on the file connected to your email address. You should now be able to access all your employee cards. If you encounter the same issue again, you can create a support ticket from the My Account window or use MOCA to connect with the live chat team.
