CORRUPT EMPLOYEE CARDS - URGENT

I have lodged 2 support requests asking for this to be fixed this month with no response.

 

I urgently need to update employee information including pay rate increases and I am having to manually adjust this each week as I cannot access the cards. 

Please can someone sort this asap?  It is seriously affecting the weekly payroll I have to process for 70 employees. 

 

It is an ongoing issue and I am regularly asking for this to be done - I was told the issue was due to adding pay rates and not including moving forward.  I started ticking this option and I am still getting corrupt card files.

    Hi Katy2,

     

    Sorry to hear that you've had to chase this up a few times, especially with a payroll that size. That's definitely not the kind of extra admin anyone wants each week. I've gone ahead and run a fix (script) over your file on our end, which should sort out those corrupt employee cards and get you back into them properly. Give it a quick check when you can and hopefully it's all behaving itself again.

     

    If it's still playing up or if it pops back again down the track, I totally get that lodging a support case and waiting isn't ideal when you're on a tight payroll schedule. You can jump onto our other support options here to get quicker help in real time.
