Corrupted Employee card

Hi, I have to terminate an employee but it appears their card is corrupted as I can not access their details or any transactions under their name.  Other employees are not having the same issue.  Could someone from MYOB please help as termination is required by tomorrow.  Thanks

    Hi Carissa_B,

     

    That's definitely a tricky spot to be in, especially with a termination deadline. If the employee card isn't opening while the others are all good, it does sound like the card might be a bit corrupted behind the scenes. The best next step is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can run a script over your file to sort out the employee card and get things back on track so you can process the termination in time.

    Hi Sai, I submitted a case via My Account on Wednesday 07/01 but I have had no response and I would very much like to terminate this employee.  Could you please advise if there is any other way I can get MTOB to run the required script on the file to fix the issue?  Thanks

    Hi Carissa_B,

     

    I can appreciate how tricky this is, especially when you're on a tight timeline to terminate an employee. Thanks for your patience so far. Since you've already logged a case via My Account and haven't had a response yet, the quickest way to move things along is to jump onto MOCA, our virtual assistant. MOCA can get you straight through to our live chat support team, who can run the required script over your file to fix the issue.
