Re-do EOFY Finalization for Prior FY Good Evening I have finalised the EOFY STP for FY2024 however now an employee has come to us advising that they cannot see their FY2023 figures in MyGov. I thought I would be able to try re-doing their finalisation in MYOB however when I go to the EOFY Finalisation Tab only the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 Financial Years are showing. How can I help her? Re: On Payslips for Leave Accurals, the Payslip is only showing Year to Date balances - not the total Leave Balance available They have had to send the file to their Data Repair team as it is a fault in the file itself - it has wiped Carry Over figures for the staff. Unfortunately it isn't anything I can fix - they are repairing the file at their end. Re: On Payslips for Leave Accurals, the Payslip is only showing Year to Date balances - not the total Leave Balance available Unfortunately an error has occurred due to scripts run by MYOB on the file yesterday - it has wiped the Leave entitlements from the employee's cards from the last financial year. They are appearing on the Entitlements Reports - but not on the employee's Cards or Payslips. I am currently on hold with MYOB who are trying to work out what is happening. On Payslips for Leave Accurals, the Payslip is only showing Year to Date balances - not the total Leave Balance available Today I had an issue with Payroll and spoke with someone at MYOB who ran some scripts and I could then only process small numbers of pays at a time to get them processed. I thought all was fine however looking at the Payslips, the Leave Accruals are now only showing the Balances from today and not the prior Leave Accruals as well. The totals are still in the employee's card files, however they are not carrying on to the Payslips. How can I get this corrected please?
