Each day has to be filled out and submitted separately? Also the system can not "remember" default start / end times for employees who normally work same hours each week, and would only need adjusting on the odd occasion? Thanks Kate MYOB Team App for timesheets Hi, We are thinking of using the MYOB Team App for our employees to submit weekly timesheets and have a number of queries i can not find answers to. As some background, we are a labour-hire company with employees based fully at a client site. They submit weekly timesheets which are approved by the client before the payroll is processed 1 - Our employees generally do the same hours every day - On testing i had to enter times one day at a time which seemed slow - Is it possible to set it up default start / end times to appear for each day and be able to submit as a weekly timesheet rather than one day at a time. 2 - Can timesheets be sent to external clients managers to approve since they are not our employees? and also can what (if any) personal information can timesheets approvers see? Really keen to make this work but not yet convinced it's appropriate for our company. Any advice appreciated Thanks Kate Payroll for last week of June2024 Just after the correct way to process my final pay of 23/24 as I'm confusing myself. I process pays each Monday for the previous week, so I will be processing Mon 24/6/24-Sun 30/6/24 on Mon 1/7/24. 1 - Will this pay be included in 23/24 FY or 24/25 FY? 2 - Hours will be worked completely in June 2024, but paid on 1/7 so do i pay 11% or 11.5% super? 3 - How is MYOB programmed to deal with this? will it default to 11.5% super and the new payroll year, even if pay period is 24-30/6/24?. Really just after a simple answer so i know I'm treating this week correctly. Also does it make a difference if i change payment date to 30/6? (I'd still be doing it 1/7 but change the dates to 30/6) Thanks Staff onboarding - in progress status As a trial of the MYOB onboaring system, I have asked 3 new employees to complete their details using this. One has completed it and the card has been created, so for her the system worked and was easy for us. I can now access her card and enter the missing details ie salary, starting date etc. For the other 2, the status says in-progress. So i assume they have started filling out their details and are yet to complete. Is there any way that I can access their details so I can see what they have already competed, and what else need to put in? or do I have to ask them directly how far they are or if there's a problem? They have also completed our normal paperwork, so I have all the information, so if necessary I would prefer to access what they have prefilled and then complete the missing information, rather than start a whole new card file. It may only be something minor missing. So i'm basically asking is can Employers access partly filled onboarding cards? Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks Katie
