MYOB incorrectly locked us out although subscription to date
Hi Yesterday MYOB notified me that our subscription is cancelled due to non payment. Although they were paid on the 7th October. We have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and never missed a payment. This morning our staff were unable to login. It took us an hour and a half to sort out and be told sorry it was a glitch. Very disappointed as we had staff sitting around unable to function/work. This cost me loss in wages. MYOB needs to have a system that doesnt close its customer out of their accounting system this easily. So I wonder how many other customers had the same problem21Views0likes1CommentUnauthorised charges from MYOB
Dear Sir/Madam, I am extremely disappointed with your customer service! I have been in contact with MYOB Support Team through both email correspondence and several phone calls. I have spent more than 2 hours on calls trying to explain my situation. Unfortunately, no one has been able to assist me since all they have been doing is reading their response off a script. Upon review of the Company's bank statements, payments of $420 have been deducted from the bank account each month for the past three months. I have advised MYOB that I did not reinstate the subscription, authorise the deductions, or provide consent for any funds to be deducted from our bank account. To date, a total of $1,260 has been deducted. $1,260 is an excessive amount of money! I have contacted MYOB on several occasions and repeatedly requested that all subscription payments be ceased ASAP. I have explained that I do not have access to the company's MYOB Online account, nor have I requested access to it. Accordingly, I am unable to "log in to your MYOB account and cancel the active subscription". In addition, I am unable to make changes to the account and remove our bank details. Despite multiple emails and phone calls requesting assistance, MYOB has yet to remove our bank account details, stop any further unauthorised transactions, and provide a refund. If this issue is still not resolved, I leave no choice but to escalate this matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.87Views0likes3CommentsTransfer subscription from old bookkeeper to new
Hi, we have been requesting that a subscription be transferred from our old bookkeeper to our new, but the old bookkeeper is insisting that a form be completed and sent. We cannot locate this, and would have thought the process would be a little easier. We are concerned that the old bookkeeper is still accessing our financial information, and this is a breach of privacy. The only form we have found is a Change of Ownership form, which is not the correct form. Thank you156Views0likes5Comments
