Hey everyone, We know the End of Financial Year (EOFY) can be a busy time, and we want to make sure you have all the support you need! For those who might not have heard, we've extended our opening hours to give you even more flexibility during this period. Hi all I have just spent over 2 hours on hold with support for Practice Tax. My query was that I could not generate an invoice for the tax return I was processing in Practice Tax. I was told that they could not help me and they had to discuss with a specialist. When they came back to the call, I was informed that this functionality was not available presently and if I wanted to generate an invoice I could only work in the desktop version. To say that I am unhappy is understatement. How can you possibly in good faith release this product to tax agents with this function not available.
