Forms: Pay slip - Employee Address field
MYOB (a couple of versions ago) used to include the Employee's address field in the payslip template. I am required to mail payslips to employees and am reduced to hand addressing envelopes instead of folding into window envelopes. I know many people receive their payslips via email and this is an excellent feature, however, there are still people who want/need their slips in hardcopy. Hi, I would like to have the ability to save a pay slip as a PDF as I do not send the payslip via email to employees from the MYOB platform. All payslips are saved to my CutePDF printer and emailed at a later time. Saving to the Cute PDF printer is time comsuming and fiddly. Last week we upgraded to 2020.1 and then did a wages run. On one of the categories (ADO taken) it shows as negative entitlements on several of the payslips. When I look at the individual employees" entitlements it seems that the YTD figure has imported into the payslip rather than the total amount. As we have had to close our business due to COVID-19 many of our staff have elected to use their entitlements to keep them going. It would be great if we could solve this problem so that when they receive their payslip on Wednesday it shows their true entitlement and doesn't scare them by showing a negative entitlement. I am having issues with emails not sending again today. Had the same issue with pay slips not recieved by several employees last week, and thought this was resolved. Today only some of the payslips were able to be sent and invoice emails were not able to be sent either regardless of domain. I have employees and customers contacting me when they have not received their expected email. This is very unprofessional. Please help ASAPSolved377Views1like1Comment
