Multiple Emails for invoices and statements
It would be great if we could have the availability to be able to send tax invoices to a email address and monthly statements to another email address - customers are starting to want the tax invoices and statements to be emailed to different email addressesAbility to Choose Multiple/Different Contacts Within The Same Organisation
Please add the feature/ability to be able to select different contact names (like a drop down menu) from the same company so as to be able to send, say a quote or invoice, to the appropriate contact or department within the same organisation. We deal with a variety of contacts within the same organisation depending on the project and each project is overseen by different people and the quotes/invoices are approved by these managers before they are processed by their accounts. Different names and different email address and one or more at a time.
MYOB assist does not give customer total due
The existing invoice app shows total balance due for a customer when you select Contacts. The new MYOB assist app does NOT show total balance due for a customer when you select Contacts. Please don't retire the invoice app before you have updated MYOB assist app to show total balance due for a customer. It would be even more useful if the app could show the amounts due in the different aged periods, current, 30, 60 and 90+ days = total.
Allow BPay option to Imported Invoices
Currently, if using the Import Data function to import invoices, it has the option to "Allow Online Invoice Payments" to be added to the imported invoices, but does not include BPay, even if you have BPay enabled in your account. We would like BPay to be added as an option to be included for imported invoices. This is on AccountRight Desktop.
