It would be helpful if MYOB could attach a pdf of the invoice to the automatic reminder emails, as we are finding more and more customers have a policy of not clicking on links. We send all our customers a pdf copy with the original email, but they don't get anything with the reminder.
Don't know how difficult that would be to achieve but it would save on admin time.

Thanks for your idea! We'll be sharing this one with our product teams and have updated the status to open for other members of our community to vote and add weight to your idea.
A lot of clients won't click on the link, so sending a payment reminder with no pdf invoice attached is a waste of time & instantly rejected.
If I receive a payment reminder with no pdf, I don't want to have to fluff around waiting for the link to open - often it doesn't, so again a waste of time.
