My client has been adding notes and we cannot seem to find them when we open them up in the Online file SolvedEmployees Unable to view Timesheets in App & I cannot process Timesheets in MYOB Team Hi, We went to proces payroll and one employee could not see timesheets in there app and I was unable to process their timesheets in MYOB Team. i deleted their timesheets and added in myself. All other employees where fine. As a follow up we had him delte the app from his phone and reinstall, still the same problem. We now have two further staff members who are unable to view timesheets in the app. I have reveiewed previous post and follow the insturctions by creating a new location. This also hasn't worked. Can we pleae have assistance in resolving this. Kind regards Chelsea Creating Leave reasons on team Hi My employees unable to create leave using MYOB Teams. It is asking for reasons for leave. It says the administrator should create the reasons. I was trying to do it as an adminstrator but I could not see any where how I can create this. Please help. Thanks SolvedSetting up MYOB Teams I am looking at the app for my client who has staff on various shifts. He wants to use a tablet for staff to log on and off. I need to get a couple of things clear as I'm not sure the information available answers these questions; 1. Using the tablet do staff still need to have an app? 2. Each shift and staff member are paid differently, age, etc. I read somewhere that all the hours were based on standard hours, when imported. There are different shifts at different rates does this information get imported to timesheets on individual categories? Hope this makes sense. Thanks Bronwyn SolvedMYOB Teams - Approving Manager How do you set up for leave to be approved for someone who is an "approving manager"? I have 4 employees. Employee 1 is the approving manager for employees 2 & 3. Employee 4 is purely an approver of leave and is to approve the leave of employee 1. I have added employee 1 and employee 4 as approving managers in MYOB Team admin portal however I am unable to select employee 1 as the employee that is under employee 4 for the purposes of having their leave approved. I have been able to add Employees 2 & 3 under Employee 1. Thank you SolvedMYOB Team App - no where to enter break Hi there is anyone able to advise how i manage to allow staff to enter breaks on their team app, currently there is no area to do this. thank you MYOB Teams - Various Locations I have a client who is wanting to use MYOB Team and they have various depots. If we are to set up the Kiosk version for each employee, are they able to sign in at one depot and then finish at another depot. Some employee's may move from various depots and need to be paid for the travel time. Is this possible or is it best they use the app on their phone with a start and finish clock on / o ff. Is the above also possible for the drivers who would start and finish at various depots? SolvedMYOB Teams - Leave and Timesheet Setup We are an organisation where employees work standard hours of 7.6 hours, Mon to Fri. Currently timesheets are manually completed fortnightly i.e. 7.6 hours each day with any leave shown. Would you please confirm that my understanding is correct, that MYOB team is only suitable for employees whose hours/days differ. We also are currently using manual leave application forms. We have trialled MYOB Teams for leave applications but find that an employee cannot be an approver of leave and an employee? A few employees approve leave for their staff, and their leave is approved by their manager but they do not appear on the drop down employee list once assigned as a leave approver. Leave applied for and approved also does not transfer over when processing payroll. Is this because it only transfers onto the timesheet? Grateful for your advice on above and whether MYOB Teams would be suitable for our organisation of approx. 50 employees. MYOB INVOICE APP NOT OPENING IN GALAXY S24 MYOB INVOICE App is not opening in Samsung S24. It is crashing everytime. Informed this to MYOB support team several times, as usual NO proper response. Galaxy S24 series has dropped support for 32-bit apps, and the MYOB invoice app is not yet updated to 64-bit . This means MYOB Invoice App will not work on Samsung S24 mobiles unless the app developer a update the app to 64-bit which is compatible with the Galaxy S24. (This information I got from Samsung Community Forum). Escalated this to MYOB, not sure when they will fix this. MYOB Team Unpaid breaks Hi we are currently in the process of testing MYOB Team and have a couple of questions:- 1. In our Roster - how do we add unpaid breaks? It seems the Roster breaks as paid. 2. Can we account for Overtime? And that is assigned to another pay rate? 3. Can we assigned the hours captured on the roster to a couple of Pay rates? eg. Base Hour and Afternoon shift loading. Thanks! G SolvedMYOB teams app - no break option showing Hi I have recently set up my client on MYOB team for their 2 locations to start using timesheets through there and have noticed a few problems - It doesn't pull through their Sat or Sunday rates when they work a weekend - only base hourly rate. Also - I gather the same probem will occur during public holiudays - it will pull through only their base hourly rate? Most annyingly, the team in one store set up using iphone and they can add their breaks. While the staff in the other store just happen to be using andriod phones - they can add their hours but their is no option to add breaks. I am not sure if this is a coincidence or an android app problem? It only gives option of start time and finish time - then total hours. Anyone else come across this? FAKE Approving Manager (super and personal details required) As per other posts here, we need to create Approving Managers who are not currently Base Hourly employees. Several of these users are contractors or salaried staff. We only want to create these new fake employees in order to approve timesheets, but do not want them to have fake TFNs, fake super details etc. How do we avoid putting all of these details in to the system, specifically beecause we do not want to mistakenly add anything to any ATO reporting accidentally. MYOB Teams Not working Our staff cannot acces Team at present to log hours worked. Error message "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later" Anyone else experiencing teh same? SolvedCannot log into MYOB Team Kiosk App Hi, Ive tried many times over the past months to set up the MYOB Team Kiosk app on a new appleid. But I can never log onto the App. It says it does not recognise that email or password. I can everything on the desktop through MYOB Team ie, rosters etc. Does any else have this issue? MYOB Capture App not appearing in iOS app store Hi, I have been using the Capture app for a very long time with no issues. Today I deleted it with the intention of reinstalling it as it wasn't working properly. Now, when I go the Apple App Store, the MYOB Capture app doesn't even appear as an option for download!? I have been trying on and off for hours. It is simply not there. I have previous installed this app on two other devices for our team, so I am familiar with the app and process. It is no longer on my device and not appearing in the app store as a download option. I have tried searching MYOB Capture and MYOB and have scrolled for pages but it is just not there. Is anyone else having the same problem? SolvedEnter Break Time in Timesheet App How do you enter a break time in the time sheet app? Entering the start and finish times is not an issue but there is no option to add the break time. Then when you need to appove the timesheet, there is a column for the break, but once again it cannot be entered there either. Thanks SolvedEmployees unable to see the timesheets they have logged on MYOB Teams app. I have a number of employees who are unable to see the timesheets they have logged on their MYOB Teams app. I have advised them to update the app as well as uninstall and reinstall, but it does not seem to help. MYOB Team Hi I am setting up MYOB Team for a client wanting to have thier employees submit timehseets. They are finding the process very timeconsuming as they have to enter each day at a time. They generally work the same hours each week. Is it possible to copy timesheets from a previos period or if we did a roster can the employee overide/change the times on a published roster. What would be the best way to make this process easy and simple? Also for a Leave day the system is applying 7.36hrs instead of 8 - why would this be ? We are now using MYOB team app for uploading timesheets for casual workers. Some employees have different rates of pay depending on the job they are doing. Currently all the hours go to the base rate of pay. Is the option to select different rates of pay in development yet? Has anyone discovered a workaround? Can time-billing be used as a work around? Is it possible to set a different rate for time billing hours entered? thanks MYOB Team Leave hours calculation We have just upgraded to Accountright and will be using MYOB Team for Employees to apply for leave. An Employee has submitted leave for 11 days including the weekend and instead of calculating the work hours MYOB is including the weekend hours in the leave to be taken. How can this be fixed so that the correct amount of leave is allocated to the Employee? Thank you Solved
