I get the email stating that I’ve been invited to join MYOB Team and that there would be a follow up email. However I never get that follow up email and I’ve done it now twice already. What am I doing wrong , please can someone assist me with this as I have a new starter that started yesterday and we need to keep track of time. I would really appreciate it. thanks. ☺️ MYOB Team login problem Hi, My staff are continuing to have issues trying to login to MYOB Teams to enter their timesheets. They are told to reset their passwords which they do, it works for a day or two then crashes again and they have to reset password & PIN. Are there any fixes on the way from the software update that has casues this? MYOB TEAM - GEO LOCATIONS Hi The Geo Locations is currently not working on MYOB Teams, it is showing all staff members has having their Locations as turned off when they do not. Can this please be looked at as it is important to know that staff are at the location when clocking in and out. Thank you Myob Teams Invite Expired I've added my staff to the teams app and sent them invites. They each received 2 emails one for the app, and the other inviting them to the team with a link. A couple of them didn't action the email and the links have expired. I cannot find anywhere how to re-new the link. If I delete and re-add them they receive 1 email and it does not have a link. Can't view old quotes and invoices on new app. Why can't I view our quotes and invoices from the old app with this new app? MYOB Teams Login My employee has downloaded the Teams app and tried to create an account. It says it's been created but it doesn't ask for a password. Then it says to return to MYOB team, but she hasn't set up a password to be able to login. We've deleted the app and re-downloaded but it hasn't helped. MYOB team help - adding employees Hello! I have ticked off all the other items required in the other community questions however it won't let me add any employee's to MYOB team access. How do I fix this to get it set up correctly? Thankyou! Emailed invoices Invoice summary. I’m consistently getting called by customers saying they can’t find my banking details because they read the invoice summary. Is there a way to remove invoice summary from emails to resolve this? Tap to pay on MYOB assist app The biggest reason that I have decided not to use SOLO is because it doesn't have a quoting function. The reason why I would most like to use SOLO is because it has a tap to pay function. I'm in an annoying stage of business where I seem to be too big for SOLO and too small for business lite? Surely there is a way to create a tap to pay function in the MYOB Assist app so that I can take payments on the go, rather than have to send them an invoice. There are many times a week where this would be very useful for me but I can't seem to find any way other than a third party app which I don't want to use! Otherwise, I have found the product that I am using to be fantastic, having tap to pay in the MYOB assist app would be SO USEFUL! Please help new user DATE OF ISSUE - add to main screen Can you please add the date of issue to the quotes main screen on the app ? Attachments have landed in MYOB Assist! Hey all! Image and file attachments for invoices and quotes are now live in MYOB Assist. You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF and TIFF files directly from your camera, photo gallery or device files. Each file must be 10MB or smaller, with a total attachment limit of 25MB per invoice or quote. You can give it a go now in the app, just make sure you're on the latest version! Currently using this for adding vehicle details due to no option to customise the layout for my trade. If possible can this be adjusted from 20 characters to say 30 or 40. Hold and drag items in list to re-arrange priority. If possible, can a hold and drag ability be available to re-arrange the itemised list. Customer activity in assist Why would myob bring out an app (assist) that removes such a vital function, ie: the ability to check customer actions on your invoice correspondence? Yes you can log in on your browser, but that's not efficient. If I am required to go through the process and inconvenience of logging in and navigating the web version, then that would rule out the need to also log into the assist app to create an invoice. It's double handling. I may as bloody well create an invoice whilst I'm there. Myob are obviously not in touch with what users actually need. Stupidity at it finest, or am I missing something? Unable to load data in MYOB Assist Hi there. I am having issues with myob assist saying it can't load data as per the screenshot below Any ideas on how to fix this please? We have deleted the app and reinstalled. Inactivated the email login and reactivated but no change? Thank you Jane Public Holiday Option in Teams Why isn't there an option in MYOB Team app to select "public holiday not worked"? Currently you must manually edit employee timesheets for that day. When you have some permanent employees working and some that don't, it makes it extremely difficult to know who has actually worked, how many hours they actually worked for the day in comparison to their normal working hours. How do people manage this? Nearly feels like manual time books are easier. Suggestion: Simplify MYOB login Why doesn’t MYOB use a login system similar to banking apps? Log in once, link the device to the account, then allow access with a PIN and/or biometrics. That would make it simpler, faster, and easier for regular users. Is there a reason this isn’t implemented? MYOB ASSIST & Sending invoices via SMS Hi - we've just signed up to take online payments. We have MYOB assist loaded on our phones. When we raise a test invoice and send via email everything works perfectly. However when we tried sending via SMS the invoice didn't arrive (checked number & tried twice) - is there something else that needs to be set up for the SMS function to work? Also when you share a PDF from the phone APP none of the online payment details appear. Is this intentional? And finally - is it possible to add the online payment option to the order form or is it only available for invoices? Thanks
