Sorry for the late response. if you’re referring to the invite to the location in MYOB Team, you can give the invite a little refresh with these steps:
- In the MYOB Team admin portal, open the employee’s location.
- Remove the employee from that location and save.
- Add the employee back to the same location and save again.
That should trigger a fresh MYOB Team invitation email to the address listed on their employee record. Please ask them to keep an eye on their inbox and junk/spam folders too, just in case the email has wandered off for a little side quest.
