Can't view old quotes and invoices on new app.

Why can't I view our quotes and invoices from the old app with this new app?

    HI LCN_Electrical

     

    If you’re signed in with the same MYOB login, your old quotes and invoices should still show in MYOB Assist.

     

    If they’re not showing, try signing out of the app and back in first. If they’re still missing after that, it’d be best to get in touch with support so they can check things further from their side. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

    The old app quotes and invoices are listed but can not open them to view or turn into an invoice.

    This is not good this time of year.

    Also quotes and invoices sent from new app are not getting received by our clients.
