To resolve the issue with long decimal places, our support team will need to run a script on your file. you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount, and they'll be able to assist you with this process.

I've been on hold for support now for over an hour and Moca doesn't understand. All I need is a script run by MYOB.

Hi petss255,
If MOCA is unable to help, you are supposed to be routed to the live chat team which can continue with your concern. Alternatively, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window.
