CSV Import to Client Accounting

I am struggling to get my client accounting import to work (attached). I've used the format provided at https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/cah/Importing+a+.CSV+file#expand-Stage3Maptheaccounts - I have used this in the past and it has worked, although I have found it extremely temperamental. This time however, I seem only able to map the accounts but not import any values and I'm stumped.  Any ideas on why this is not working? This client keeps a manual cashbook and I am not keen to manually type this number of entries into the general journal.
