Status Code 400 - help
I was trying to do a return online but I received this error and it says to contact support.
Anyone know what to do before I give them a call? its probably busy right now

If this is for the scenario "We've encountered an error. If the issue persists, contact MYOB support and provide the following Request ID: (long ID number) Status Code: (400) when validating a return in MYOB Practice"
We recommend checking through the return and ensuring there are no blank schedules, and that all mandatory fields have been completed.
Common schedules that are left blank are the Distributions Received from Managed Funds schedule. Mandatory fields throughout the return that have been left blank will be highlighted in red.
