Can I get a response to my support request from 2 days ago about bank feeds problems? I’m supposedly a priority support customer.
I have never activated bank feeds for a specific file but it’s suddenly happened, altered 6 months of bank recs, showing almost 1,000 unmatched transaction demo September 2025.this has happened since my last bank rec for 30/4/26 done 6/5/26.
how do I get some help MYOB?

Sorry to hear you’ve run into that with your bank feeds.
Our support team is here and working through tickets as quickly as we can. Once a support ticket is submitted, it can usually take around 3–5 business days for the team to pick it up and get back to you, depending on current volumes.
From what you’ve described, it does sound unusual, especially if bank feeds were never activated for that file and transactions are now appearing with older bank rec information showing. That’s something the team will need to look into further from the backend to confirm what’s happened.
Please keep an eye on the email address linked to your account, including your spam or junk folder, as that’s where the reply will come through.
