Bank Feed not mapping to transactions

I have the bank feeds coming through into Account Right each day, however none of the feeded transactions are attaching to invoices (sales and purchases). Additionally, when I click find transaction, it is saying no transaction found. However, if i just serch the invoice number it is there. How come it is saying no records exist or match my criteria? I have expanded date range, value etc.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'd recommend checking that you have Automatic matching or approving ticked in your preferences, this can be going by going to setup > preferences > banking tab:

     

    If you do have this ticked, I'd recommend clearing your AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you check to see if the bank feeds are matching ?
