bank transactions duplicated

HI, my bank feed has matched automatically some bill payments but has also created another bank feed which now shows in uncategorised transactions.  Why has this occurred and how do I fix it please

    Hi arapaoakiwi,

     

    I'm not exactly sure what's causing your duplicate bank feed transactions. But if you have duplicate transactions, I recommend contacting the support team. They can request the removal of those transactions. You can contact them by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using live chat via MOCA.
