Sorry to hear about your difficulties with matching transactions. Generally, if the transaction does not appear inside the bank feeds window, there is a high likelihood that that transaction was already reconciled or marked checked inside the Reconcile Accounts window. We could undo the reconciliation and unmark the transaction from that window, and it will then show as a possible match.
For the pay transactions on 31/7/2023 is it the same issue with the purchases or is there any error message as to why it won't match?
