Bank Feeds
Two days ago I I was missing a few transactions in my bank feeds so I selected Get Bank Transactions, the missing transactions did not appear but 10 transactions which had previously been matched in December (I checked this in the approved transactions) and reconciled have appeared. When all other bank feed transactions are matched my out of balance amount is $0.00, but those 10 transactions are still appearing, really frustrating and annoying to have them there, how do I fix this problem? Is there an issue with bank feeds in Accountright?
After reading some other posts, I have hidden the transactions but do not see this as a solution.
Also, how do I reverse these transactions. I would have to create new transactions, match these bank feeds to the transactions and then my bank rec will be out of balance. If I undo last month's reconciliation and attempt to match the transactions I gather I will have two bank feeds for the same transaction and my reconciliation will still be out.
Is another fix going to be applied this month as well to cover the issues myself and others are now facing?
I didn't have this issue in December, this occured just last week.
I have just checked and it appears that a fix has been applied. I do not have any transactions under the hidden tab where I was told to allocate them.
