Bank feeds

Hey there,

 

I have had two transactions double up in our bank feeds but the money only hit our account once. How do I delete the double up?

    I'm sorry to hear about your duplication issue. We will need to create a case for the bank feeds team to remove these duplicate transactions. To do that, I will send you a private message to collect more information.
