Bank Feeds

One of my  clients bank feeds stopped on 07 february 2024 and I cannot find a reason for it.  How do I get this fixed and who do i ring to get it sorted  out?

    • Serial number.
    • Full name and email address.
    • Company name.
    • Company File ID. 
    • The last 4 digits of the bank. 
    • Any other relevant screenshots/information.
