Bank transactions not coming through

With the updated version of MYOB Accounting Right my bank transactions form the previous day are not coming through. This is frustrating as I am trying to send out statements. Can you please correct this problem?

  • I am having the exact same problems as above - End of the month and financial year.  Our feeds are from the ANZ Bank.  Is there any reported issues from their end?

    Data for ANZ bank feeds has not yet been received today which is causing a delay for sending feeds through to our customers. This is being investigated with ANZ at the moment. 

    We have a dedicated board for updates around Bank Feed delays here on our Community Forum, you can find it here! I'd recommend hitting the bell icon on the top right to stay up to date with email updates. 

  • I have the same issue - not ideal the day after end of financial year.  I tried to get the bank fee before I updated the version, so I dont think it is the updated version that is the issue.  MYOB Please fix or put up a notification as to how long you expect this to be "broken"

    Same issue here with ANZ.  Always end of month!!!!

    We're experiencing the same issue with our ANZ feeds.  Any update from MYOB yet?

    You have to wonder why it happens on one of the busiest days of the accounting year

  • Same issue here.  Super frustrating for end of the financial year and month end reporting.  Would really appreciate MYOB notifying us of time it will take to remedy this.

    Do any MYOB administrators actually monitor these threads?

  • We have the same issue here with ANZ.  Credit card feeds are still working only Bank transaction accounts.  I have been into Bank Hub to update the missing information due to the update that has now become required.  This has not prompted the sync to occur.  An update would be much appreciated
