error in bankfeed-duplicate entry

Hi , 

there are duplicate entries from 3/12/2021, it should be only one entry according to the statement. Any clues ? See attached screenshots.

    This is a known issue that has been raised with our teams and is currently under investigation. In the meantime, please hide the duplicates by right-clicking on them. We can let you know once this has been resolved.

    • Having same issue, will MYOB notify all users of how to rectify this.

        Hi richardtao SSSEA,

         

        Our teams have applied a patch this morning that should prevent further duplicate transactions from being delivered to your MYOB AccountRight files moving forward, but depending on when you received transactions for today, you may have seen a duplicate this morning - please 'right-click to hide these duplicates also. 

         

        If you continue to see transactions duplicating moving forward, please let me know so I can advise our teams.
