Hi There,

I have unused bank feeds want to be cleared as the bank transactions have been offset in bulk.

Would anyone help?

Regards,

Karen

    Hi LAC,

Thanks for your post. Please allow me to extend to you a very warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

My apologies for the delay in response. I understand that you needed to clear the old, unused bank feeds on your account. We appreciate your reaching out. I'm happy to help you with this. I have sent you a private message to gather more information that will help us resolve this issue. Please check your inbox and provide the necessary details so we can assist you better.

Please remember to take a backup of your file and avoid using the bank feed screen and Get Transactions button until you receive the confirmation email from our team.

Also, keep in mind that we can't:

    1. Delete specific bank transactions from within a bank feed file:

For example, if you want one transaction deleted for a particular date and it was part of a bank feed that contained several other transactions, we can only delete that entire bank feed.

    2. Delete manually imported QIF files.

    3. We cannot make the distinction between allocated and unallocated transactions; we can only delete all bank feeds in the date range provided.

We're looking forward to your response.

    Kind regards,

    Shella
