Reconciliation

Good morning

 

I am trying to reconcile a bank statement and none of the withdrawal transactions are showing for the statement period.  How can I fix this?

    Thanks for your post. Can you please clarify if the withdrawals are not appearing in the bank statement or within the software to reconcile ?

      Thank you for responding.  I have the paper copy of the bank statement (debit card) showing the transactions, however, when I go to reconcile the account, they are not there. Am I missing a step?

        Hi JoWood

         

        Have the transactions been entered into your file ? When manually reconciling, for each entry on your bank statement you need to select the corresponding transactions by clicking in the select column. Instructions on this is available on our Help Article Reconciling your bank accounts
