Reconciliation

Hi,

 

when i reconcile accounts, i found that there are some expenses which are business related but this expenses are not from business bank account. when i reconcile, this transactions are left unallocated and there are transaction from 2017.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this and what are the consequences of leaving that unreconciled.

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties reconciling your accounts. In my understanding, if your reconciliation becomes balanced without the transaction you mentioned, the transaction is likely not supposed to be there and needs to be deleted. If the transactions in question are not supposed to be in that bank account, you can recreate the transaction to the right account.
