I am the owner on our myob and i am trying to set up a bank feed for an ANZ credit card. The card has been issued by ANZ and is being used by the staff member. When i try to set it up in the bank feed i get an error that says access denied and that it can only be done by owners and administrators. I am the owner so why is it not accepting the set up request ?
