Thank you for your post. The Spend Money window is used to record the payments you make for things such as petrol, office stationery, phone bills and donations. Account number will always show first on the column followed by the Account name. You also don't need to worry and memorize all those Account numbers that you will be putting in as it will automatically show on the Spend Money window by clicking on the dropdown once it was being recorded.
