Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.
I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties moving your bank feeds from Business Pro to AccountRight. In my understanding, the bank feeds can only be added to the new serial number if the bank feeds are no longer active internally on the old serial number. There is a chance that the bank feeds are still active in your Business Pro serial number internally.
